In today's digital age, accessible content is one of the primary ways to differentiate library’s offering to the academic and intellectual communities. Libraries make available digital content to create meaningful experiences deployed across different channels using a variety of formats & technologies. AUC Libraries are responsible for curating, licensing, acquiring, organizing, and disseminating information, licensed or acquired from local and international publishers, donors and vendors, for the AUC community and the intellectual society at large, as licenses allow. During COVID-19, AUC Libraries have developed and enhanced the digital offering services to serve the educational needs of AUC community and beyond. The purpose of digital library is to provide coherent organization and convenient access to typically large amounts of digital information at any time and from anywhere. There are various types of digital offering which are: document delivery, digital archives, online library collections, virtual exhibition of primary sources, preservation of cultural heritage projects, self-paced information literacy module, etc. and all are practiced by AUC Libraries. One of the finished product offering to global intellectual community is AUC Rare Books and Special Collections digital library, https://digitalcollections.aucegypt.edu/ which provide accessibility and visibility of primary resources that are needed in research work. The Poster discusses in details the challenges of creating digital library offerings as well as the benefits and opportunities that they can provide to the intellectual community for a seamless accessibility of information in the digital era.
