Joyce Garczynski is the Communications and Development Librarian at Towson University’s Albert S. Cook Library. She received her MLS from the University of Maryland’s iSchool in 2009 and holds a Master’s Degree in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania. Joyce also has conducted research on library management practices and is the author of “Adventures in Program Assessment at Towson University” a feature article in Programming Librarian.
