Are you interested in scaling up your information literacy efforts on a global platform? Are you an instructional librarian passionate about sustainability in the library profession?
We will concretize the 3 main points by providing examples of how MOOCs were integrated into courses within NUS as well as leveraged as a source of knowledge by a diverse population from all over the world.
1) Use MOOC as a pre-class resource for flipped learning to optimise in-class time for higher order learning. ◦  Example of application in undergraduate nursing course ◦  Scaffolding of MOOC before library workshop and consultation
2) MOOC videos resource to enhance the student learning experience: ◦  catering to visual and aural learners ◦  reviewing content at learner’s own pace
3) MOOCs as a scalable resource used for: ◦  increasing global access to education for diversity and inclusion ◦  supplementing consultation sessions in all disciplines
