Otter Bowman (she/they)

President
Missouri Library Association

Otter Bowman (she/they) is the 2023 President of the Missouri Library Association; they have served on the MLA Executive Board since 2019. Otter currently works in Library Outreach for the Daniel Boone Regional Library in Columbia, Missouri. She earned her MLIS from the University of Missouri in 2022 and is a 2023 Beta Phi Mu inductee.
