Associate Manager, College and Career Pathways

Elizabeth Paldino, MLIS, is is one of the Associate Managers of the New York Public Library’s College and Career Pathways program. Before joining the CCP department in 2022 she was a Young Adult Librarian in the West Bronx where she was passionate about young adult services and advocated strongly for the teen population. A lifetime book lover, she started out with NYPL over 30 years ago before pursuing other ventures only to find herself back again in 2015. She has also served on the Bronx Anti-Prom Committee, various NYPL Best Books committees, YALSA’s Morris Award Committee (2023) and is currently on NYPL’s Young Adult Advisory Committee. In her free time she works with a local community theater group on and off the stage in the Bronx.
