Cameron Gillespie (she/her) is a first-year Library & Information Science student in the Master's program at the University of Denver and holds a B.S. in Educational Theatre from New York University. She currently works for Denver Public Library as a shelver and for the University of Denver as a graduate research assistant; previously, she has worked in publishing, education, theatre, community organizing, and competitive market research. Her professional interests in the library field include workplace advocacy, community engagement, outreach, programming, and youth services. Cameron's publications include instructional blogs for banks to improve their website accessibility; book reviews for IndieReader; and book recommendations, author interviews, lesson plans, and various other articles for Scholastic Teacher Magazine. She has experience conducting physical and digital accessibility evaluations in the theatrical and digital banking fields.
