Sara Ulloa is a school librarian from Lima, Peru, and responsible for the Secondary Library of the San Silvestre School. She received a degree in Library and Information Sciences from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, where she developed a thesis on "Review of the concept of School Library in Educational Institutions in public schools in metropolitan Lima". She is a 2020 recipient of the Peruvian Ministry of Culture to do an international internship at University of Antioquia in Colombia. Sara is a member of ALA and part of the Achikyay Association, a center for research and reading promotion in Chupaca, JunÃn.
