Stacy Wells (she/her/hers)

Youth Services Librarian
Southlake Public Library

Stacy Wells, a member of the Choctaw Nation, is a youth services librarian in Texas serving families and their children from birth to teens. She also serves on the American Indian Library Association board, the North Texas Teen Book Festival steering committee, and is a community advocate for kids with dyslexia. Stacy’s debut picture book, STRONGER THAN co-written by Nikki Grimes and illistrated by E.B. Lewis, is forthcoming in 2025 (HarperCollins/Heartdrum).
