Judith Bergeron (she/her/hers)

Smithville Public Library, Smithville, TX

Smithville Public Library Director Judith Bergeron has had fifteen years of experience in coordinating and promoting library programs and services, including increased digital access, technology training, and helping small business create a stronger digital presence. Dr. Bergeron is specifically qualified to participate in this project because her skill set includes her recognition of the public library as an institution to grow learning and her demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships with many organizations that work in collaboration and cooperation to organize events and programming. Bergeron is a member of ALA, PLA and ARSL. She and her staff are knowledgeable in administering and implementing programs that benefit the community and show great attention to the detail needed to ensure program success. The Smithville Public Library has partnered (and will continue to partner) with community entities and organizations that share a goal of equitable access to various resources, programs, and services.
