Amy Wander (she/her/hers)

Head of Youth Programming
New Orleans Public Library

Amy Wander is the Head of Youth Programming at the New Orleans Public Library, In this position she coordinates programs for school age children and teens across the 15 branches of NOPL. Programming includes single session workshops to system wide special events. She has worked in almost every public library position involving youth over the last 17 years including children’s and teen librarians, head of youth services, and coordinating bookmobile and outreach efforts. Amy has served on local, statewide, and national committees with the aim of improving and promoting library services for youth.
