This poster will describe in grid form levels of podcasting librarians might use in outreach and engagement. The grid will include levels of financial cost, time/involvement, and impact/scope. Examples at the bottom of the poster will give viewers podcast titles to explore with their level rating. I will use my experience starting a podcast in 2019 with a medium level of investment and it's impact to encourage others to create their own podcasts or vlogs. The poster will also have tips for lowering costs and upping engagement. I envision this poster in the style of a grid because I think users might be able to explore how to expend their efforts and resources. For instance, a low cost podcast could still involve multiple people with a fairly large time commitment if the goal were to outreach to a particular group or class. On the other hand, a podcast could have a high financial cost (production values very high) with the goal of reaching a world wide audience. The idea is to reach librarians where they are in terms of investment and encourage them into the podcasting space as an outreach tool.
