Come and learn about what's new and exciting in readers' advisory service, including how to make diversity part of your RA practice, how to reinvigorate an existing RA program, how to move RA services into the catalog, and how to use data to inform your RA services. Participants will come away with ideas to help build or expand their community of readers and to make RA services an integral part of their library services.
