Just because we’re from different walks of life it doesn’t mean that we can’t work well together as a Diversi-TEAM. Creating diverse teams is more than race. Diversity encompasses gender, ethnicity, age, cultural background, religion, political views, native language, sexual orientation, disabilities, education, etc. This session will challenge participants to think about diversity beyond race and bias when working in teams.

Taking credit for a project one of your employees actually did most of the work on 3. Losing your temper 4. Not standing up for your employees when under personal or organizational attack. 5. Being emotionally stingy
